Orders
An order is confirmed only when we confirm it in writing (including on WhatsApp) and, where applicable, receive payment or an agreed advance. We may decline or cancel an order in case of unavailability or pricing errors.
Certification and purity
Our diamond jewellery is supplied with certification and our gold jewellery is Hallmark gold, as described on the specific product or invoice.
Delivery
We deliver across India with insured shipping. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary by location and order type.
Returns and exchanges
Return, exchange and buyback terms are provided at the time of sale and on your invoice. Custom-made orders may not be eligible for return.
